Requirements:We are seeking a motivated Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and insurance sales, with excellent negotiation skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • • Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
  • • Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans
  • • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
  • • Develop leads and establish new client relationships
  • • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • • Assist clients with claims processes.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • • Proven experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or related field
  • • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
  • • Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
  • • Ability to conduct outside sales activities
  • • Multilingual capabilities are a plus
  • • Experience in telemarketing is beneficial
